The Hearts Restored Grief Recovery Program is an online 8-week support group where community, compassion, and support help you process the normal emotions and heartbreak associated with loss.

Online Grief Support Group

Steph Geiger Presents: Hearts Restored

The Grief Recovery Method is a structured, evidence-based grief recovery program that gives people the tools to not just talk about loss, but to move beyond grief and loss and find hope.

Losses in our life can come in many forms. The aftermath can also feel like deep loneliness, heartbreak, and wondering if what you're feeling is normal.

Through this evidence-based approach clients move beyond the remaining pain through guided exercises.

Ready to feel less alone?
Ready to find peace with unanswered questions?
Ready to let go of lingering regret?
Ready to remember with more love than pain?
Ready to say what your heart has been carrying?

Each week we'll spend time exploring common misconceptions around grief, reflect on our own self-care routine, and establish the baseline for healing.

How Hearts Restored Works

Loss and grief aren't only associated with death. Divorce, betrayal, estrangement, miscarriage, job loss, future hopes that don't happen, moving, illness and health-related changes are just a few examples of how we experience loss.

Loss results in grief, sadness, anxiousness and many other emotions that impact our personal and professional lives. Each loss is 100% a loss, no matter the impact.

Loss is as unique as each one of us.

Loss happens to all of us, and over time, the weight can become heavy.

Hearts Restored allows us to lift the veil of grief and reveal the underlying emotions so we can begin to resolve the pain.

What is Loss?

This past year my father passed away, I had sepsis, and my wife and I divorced. At first I wasn't even confident that I needed support, I think my mind was resistant to investing in myself and in my healing, but after my first meeting with Stephanie I knew this was exactly the right fit. I've had 3 sessions and already feel a difference.

Accountant

Stephanie truly listened to my needs. After seeing a therapist for two years, I decided to search for something more aligned with betrayal trauma recovery. When I found Stephanie, for the first time since the affair happened 5 years ago, I felt validated and seen. I allowed myself to cry and process some of the grief and embarrassment. This was the open safe space I needed.

Health & Wellness Coach

Jen

Steph 100% understands what someone who has been cheated on feels like. After a long marriage, and the emotional and mental devastation of an affair, I finally felt validated. She listened in a way that complemented my therapy. I absolutely needed this.

Realtor

Dan

After attending one of Stephanie's retreats, I feel I learned a lot that I can use in the future to help heal and better myself. There was so much knowledge and personal growth information that allowed me to get out of my head for a day. This retreat exceeded my expectations. It was 10 out of 10.
